1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduCoach ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

• Accounts are created by the institute admin. Students and teachers cannot self-register without admin approval.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify the admin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

3. Fee Payments

• All fee payments made through the Platform are final unless refunded by the institute.
• Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (Razorpay / PhonePe). EduCoach is not responsible for payment gateway failures.
• In case of a failed transaction, please contact your institute admin or the support team.
• Fee receipts are generated automatically and sent to your registered email.

4. Platform Usage

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on EduCoach — including study materials, test questions, and course content — is the intellectual property of the respective coaching institute or EduCoach. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

EduCoach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any loss of data due to technical failures or user error
• Interruptions in service due to maintenance or external factors
• Decisions made by institute admins regarding fees, attendance, or academic matters

7. Modifications

EduCoach reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
