Refund Policy

Important: Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any fee payment on EduCoach. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. General Refund Policy

All fee payments made through EduCoach are generally non-refundable once processed. However, refunds may be considered under specific circumstances as described below. The decision to approve or reject a refund request lies solely with the institute admin.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund request may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If the same fee installment was charged twice due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Failed Transaction Deducted: If money was deducted from your account but the payment was not recorded in the system, the amount will be refunded or adjusted after verification.
  • Course Cancellation by Institute: If the institute cancels a course or batch before commencement, a full or partial refund may be issued at the institute's discretion.
  • Excess Payment: If you have paid more than the required fee amount, the excess will be refunded or adjusted in the next installment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Student voluntarily discontinues the course after admission
  • Absence from classes, exams, or tests without prior intimation
  • Change of mind after fee payment
  • Misconduct or disciplinary action leading to removal from the institute
  • Partial completion of a batch or course
  • Fees paid for study materials, ID cards, or certificates

4. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, follow these steps:

  • Contact your institute admin directly with your payment receipt and reason for refund.
  • Alternatively, write to us at info@winggolearning.com with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Transaction ID]".
  • Attach a screenshot or copy of the payment confirmation.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by the institute admin:

  • Refunds via Razorpay are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.
  • Refunds via PhonePe are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Cash refunds (if applicable) will be handed over at the institute directly.
  • The actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time.

6. Payment Gateway Disputes

EduCoach uses Razorpay and PhonePe as third-party payment gateways. In case of any payment dispute with these gateways:

  • EduCoach is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the payment gateway.
  • You may raise a dispute directly with Razorpay or PhonePe using your transaction ID.
  • We will cooperate with any investigation initiated by the payment gateways.

7. Changes to This Policy

EduCoach reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
